Garden-soil instead of diaper waste - join us!

Deutsche Version

Dear parents in Neukölln!

We, the DYCLE team, are very happy to contact you and to get the opportunity to meet you on Tuesday, 22. and 29. September, 16.00h to introduce our sustainable diapering system to you!

We would like you to join us during our 3-weeks pilot phase this November and demonstrate with us that zero waste diapering not only works but also can produce rich and fertile soil!

Over the last few years the DYCLE team has developed our diaper inlays together with parents and their babies, scientists, volunteers and cloth diaper advisors. DYCLE inlays are 100% plant based and compostable. After use these inlays will be transformers into Terra Preta, a soil rich in nutrients that helps to grow all kinds of plants.

How does it work?

You will be provided with a set of textile diaper outer pants, enough inlays for three weeks as well as collection buckets for the used inlays and biochar to allow for smell-free recollection.

For the whole duration of the pilot phase you can reach members of our team personally during the meet-ups as well as via email and phone calls.

We would like to ask you for a service fee of 40€ for the whole pilot period. All necessary items are provided by us, including textile diaper outer pants and enough of our compostable inlays for the three weeks. This project is unique and nothing similar has ever been done in Germany before.

Why join?

We love to establish a circular economy system with many families, babies, children and citizens in Berlin! Our passion is to create an abundance of fertile soil to grow more varieties of trees and healthy plants for the generations to come! We are happy to support parents by creating a community in which experiences can be shared and everyone can benefit from!

You will be able to help us bring the vision of a diaper waste free society into reality. With your feedback and suggestions we will be able to enter the market in 2021.

Be part of a movement that avoids waste and creates valuable soil!
