All workshops at a glance
The online workshops are free of charge and are conducted online via Zoom. An account or registration with Zoom is not necessary. After registration, you will receive a link from us in time to open the webinar.
We will record the webinars and keep them for 2 months. Everyone who has registered will be able to access it. If you miss a webinar, you can listen back later.
The workshops can be attended independently, i.e. they do not build on each other.
Who are the workshops aimed at?
The webinars are open to everyone and require no prior knowledge. Anyone who knows a child in diapers is welcome to attend. By this we mean not only expectant parents and families with babies, but also other people such as daycare teams and child minders, grandparents, relatives, babysitters and anyone who regularly changes diapers.
Most workshops will be held in German, but two workshops on cloth diapers (12.07. and 29.07.) will be held in English. The workshops on Diaper free can be held in English upon request.

Hello, I am Rebecca, born in 1986, and mother of two cloth diaper children. Before the birth of my first child in 2016, I got to know and love the great world of modern cloth diapers. After the birth of my second child in 2019, I then decided to turn my passion for cloth diapers into (m)a profession. And so, as a certified cloth diaper consultant/specialist for natural and sustainable diapering, I have been advising (expectant) parents in person in Berlin and the surrounding area and online since 2020, regardless of where they live. My desire is to inform parents about the benefits of cloth diapers and provide assistance in the cloth diaper jungle. Hello, I am Sophie, 31 years old, doctor and mom of two great kids (3 and almost 2 years old). Already before the birth of the big one, my husband and I have dealt with the topic of cloth diapers . Thanks to a workshop and a cloth diaper rental package for newborns from the dear Jessica Sawatzke (Stoffwindelliebe Berlin) we were able to start cloth diapering after the birth already in the hospital. The topic grabbed me so much that I used my parental leave and after training as a babywearing consultant, I also started training as a cloth diaper consultant at the Stoffwindelakademie. So far, I have mainly consulted in my private environment and am now in the process of building up a sideline as a cloth diaper and babywearing consultant in addition to my main job as a doctor. |

Caroline Helbing is a mother herself and a certified coach for "Elimination Communication" or "Diaper Free". With her consultations, courses and lectures, she helps families with babies and toddlers find their way to diaper-free - undogmatically, mindfully and respectfully. Even very small babies show clearly when they need to go. Parents can recognize these signs and offer their baby the potty instead of waiting until the diaper is full. This kind of communication has many positive effects besides the environmental aspect: It helps with colic, avoids a sore bottom, the breastfeeding situation relaxes and sleep becomes calmer. "Diaper-free" has nothing to do with cleanliness training. Caroline is a certified GoDiaperFree coach, a course instructor at Hug & Grow in Berlin and at the Midwife House at the Port in Brandenburg, as well as a speaker for the German Red Cross network "Healthy Children".
