“What an impressive group of talented women!”
This was the genuine impression our team DYCLE had during today’s event at the business school. Remarkably, 70% of the students in the Sustainability Business course are women! Seeing such a powerful cohort of future leaders gave us renewed hope for what lies ahead.
Today, we participated in Impact Fair, a career event focused on sustainability, organized by ESCP Business School Berlin. What’s even more impressive is that the event was entirely conceptualized and managed by the students themselves. Their meticulous organization and leadership skills left us deeply inspired. In Germany alone, there are 73 master’s programs dedicated to sustainable development. This speaks volumes about how many young people are actively addressing crucial questions: “What can we do for the next generation? For children? For the planet?”
In most business school discussions, the focus tends to revolve around revenue sizes, scalability models, or pricing strategies. However, the questions posed by students who visited our booth and joined our talks today were refreshingly different. They were all about how to implement real, actionable solutions. This practical and forward-thinking mindset truly energized us.
Through discussions with so many passionate sustainability students, we’ve come away feeling that the future is undeniably bright. The idea of these emerging leaders taking the reins and working toward a sustainable world fills us with optimism.
At DYCLE, we are committed to co-creating systems that provide secure soil and sustainable nutrient cycles for children worldwide. Meeting and exchanging ideas with this next generation has made us even more determined to continue this journey together.
To the inspiring leaders of tomorrow: Let’s keep in touch!
