We would like to share the story of Terra Preta black soil. This video is a part from a BBC documentation and shows how people made those layers of rich black soil with their organic waste a 1000 years ago. They already knew how to mix biochar powder with organic waste. Yes, it is manmade soil and we can learn a lot from their habits in 21st century. Also an amazing fact is, that the black soil layers keep growing. (see the video at around 7:00 minutes)
